Comfortable, well-furnished and only a 5 minute walk from Pierhead and the Three Graces. It’s modern and high rise with views across the Mersey to that beautiful town of Birkenhead. There’s a bar and restaurant downstairs but the bar at the top of the hotel is the one to park yourself in at the end of a long day. It reminds me a little of Hamburg’s Empire Riverside Hotel - though not as good. I was here for work but if I come to Liverpool for leisure here is where I shall stay
Lovely modern spacious room, very clean and lovely firm bed. Room had a fridge and two bottles of water left for us. Restaurant had a wide selection of breakfast items and it was spacious and bright. Even though the hotel is central it was very quiet during the night.
Had a fabulous time at this lovely hotel situated in the City Centre with a car park very close by ,all staff very helpful and friendly , room was very clean with a huge comfortable bed and a large shower which was nice and powerful . Great view of the river from our room on the 10 floor. Enjoyed the great selection of food on offer at Breakfast which was all cooked lovely . Hotel also has a Sky bar on the 18th floor with 360° views over the City which were amazing, I can highly recommend The Albert Dock Cocktail ! all served by wonderful friendly staff . Thank you Innside for a fabulous stay can highly recommend and definitely would stay again .
This is a lovely hotel and is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, facilities good (I particularly liked the on demand workout classes in the gym). The sky bar is great with a fantastic 360 view of Liverpool. However the main thing that let it down was the air-con. There was no ability to turn the air con below 19 degrees in the bedroom which meant that the room was too hot and consequently broken sleep each night of my stay. The air con in the gym was also poor. I mentioned this to the staff a couple of times but they explained it was centrally controlled and they could do nothing about it. I would happily have given this hotel a 4 otherwise.
Me and my partner stayed here in June for just one night for a special night away. We chose the townhouse room as we wanted the free standing bath but we were blown away by the room. We had amazing views overlooking the water with floor to ceiling windows. The suite wasn’t huge, but it was furnished to a high standard and was impeccably clean. The bed was huge and soooo comfortable! We wished we had booked for another night. Check in and out was easy, the receptionists both times were very friendly and welcoming. We had no complaints. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
Hotel very modern nice room with everything you need, however parking is a bit of a pain if you have luggage and the discount code the hotel gives you doesn’t work so was £17.95 for less than 24 hours .breakfast was average had to ask to be seated after waiting for a while seems like it’s a bit of an inconvenience have experienced this in another celebrity chefs hotel restaurant
Stayed at this hotel due to having a night out in Liverpool planned. Due to the inconvenience of having to rely on a taxi or cutting your night short to get the late train home, this is something we do fairly regularly, so I've stayed in a fair few hotels in Liverpool City Centre, but had not yet tried Innside. Based on my fantastic experience staying there, I felt that it was well worthy of a review. We'd booked a suite, but at check-in were informed we'd been upgraded to a townhouse! The room was beautiful, with stunning views of the city through the floor to ceiling windows. It was also very light and airy; one complaint I've had about a few rooms I've stayed in is how dark they feel and the lack of decent lighting making it impossible to apply makeup (first world moan, I know) but none of that here. I absolutely loved the bath robes and lounging around in the comfort of the room. In fact, both my husband and I were willing to sacrifice the night out so we could stay in and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. We didn't try the Sky Bar though we really wanted to, but it did seem very popular and definitely somewhere I'd like to visit in the future. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs and there was a great selection of good food on offer. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. Overall I was very impressed with my stay at the Innside and I definitely look forward to staying here again. …
My partner and I had a fantastic time at Innside. I would highly recommend this hotel, mainly couples as the shower is exposed in the room. Staff were really welcoming when we arrived. Room was great, lovely full length, wall window exposing a lovely view of Liverpool. On arrival we dined in the Sky Bar. The food was fantastic, we returned the following day, highly recommend although Service wasn’t consistent over the 2 days. Perfect location to explore the city centre and dock. We didn’t eat in Ginos ground floor restaurant in the evening but we did have a drink and it was a stunning environment with friendly service. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and very tasty. The one thing that is stopping me awarding 5 stars is the miscommunication and lack of support around carpark issues. We ended up paying full price for the ncp carpark recommended as the code that the hotel provided did not work. When we contacted the hotel to query this, they immediately fobbed us off with a clearly scripted set of instructions to contact the ncp capital car park and said that this was nothing to do with them.…
New fancy hotel in Liverpool next to the old terribel Radisson hotel. Modern & nice lobby area. As a restaurant its not working though, way to open and uncosy with the slowest service in the city. Lack of signs is something they need to adress all over the hotel. White walls & halls, people are getting lost. All rooms and halls are white like in Spain & Greece. I like that alot, but they will struggel alot to keep it like this in Liverpool. The painter will earn alot of money here to keep it fresh. Good aircondition in the room. Nice & simple decor in the room. Very limited choice in minibar, why? Its a new fancy hotel, should be fancy choices in the minibar as well. Light system totally useless with no dimming possibel. Shower really strange. We had a suite. To much issues for a brand new hotel. Weak 4 star…
Great staff, very friendly, lovely rooms, quiet and very clean. A fantastic skybar, again with excellent staff, great food, lovely drinks and a fab sharing board. The staff cannot do enough for you, thoroughly recommend the place
