Where do I start. On arrival you can tell the whole exterior could do with a lick of paint which is a shame as the building itself is lovely. Staff on reception were welcoming and gave us our room key, we paid £80 for a twin room, breakfast incl. The room we were given was awful, threadbare carpets with numerous...

2nd time at this hotel, and have to say this was excellent, £7 taxi fare into town for food, but wished we had stayed for the food at the bar, it looked amazing for the price, would highly recommend and we will be back in the near future, thanks again to the staff

Stayed here for one night as we were attending an event in the function suite. The room was a little tired but clean. The whole hotel looks like it could do with updating. It was fine for one night. Tea & Coffee making facilities in room, Flat screen TV, bedding was clean, furniture was a little tatty. Staff were polite...

We stayed here with our 4 month old baby for a family wedding having booked 2 nights for £140. Reception area is nice but very deceiving as the rest of the hotel is a letdown. We stayed in room 103 not a bad size but so old and dated. Bed so hard it was the worst nights sleep I've had...

I stayed here a few times on business and enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful especially the ladies in the bar. The rooms are good and well maintained, the food menu is a bit basic but cheap and well cooked. There is plenty of parking and easy to get buses or taxi to city centre....

I attended this venue twice over the Xmas period, both visits was the all inclusive bar and Chinese food buffet. I cannot rave about this place enough - everything was perfect: The venue: decorated beautifully, each table set up to accommodate the number of people in the group (so no sharing of tables). Drinks: on arrival its cocktail hour with...
