Stayed for one night during lockdown. Staff checked valid reason for travel and there was obviously no catering. That said, west Derby staff were welcoming as ever, offered advice on food delivery and as a lone female guest changed my room to first floor without me asking. Room clean and comfortable. Carpet and couch looking worn, but everything else fine. Excellent value.

Staff are always super friendly and courteous. Always a friendly smile and chat for my son. Very clean room, comfy bed plenty of soft towels. Parking was excellent. Aldi and M&S and Costa Coffee right on your door step.

My wife and I needed an overnight stay in Liverpool to attend a family funeral the next day. We chose the Premier Inn in West Derby as it was very close to the funeral venue. We found the reception staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. Due to the Covid restrictions in place there was no food or drink available but the staff were able to recommend local eateries who could deliver hot food to our room. We were delighted with our short stay and would definitely recommend this Premier Inn.

Stayes her for 3 nights 24, 25 and 26. Got a lovely warm welcome by Kelly and nothing is ever too much trouble, was lovely seeing another familiar face called Laura. Been staying for a couple of years now, as my mum lives just down the road, and never had to complain about anything. Rooms always nice and clean. Looking forward to staying in March HOPEFULLY!!!

Had a nice stay, rooms were comfortable, ultimate wifi worked fine, breakfast was nice and good value, bus stop is close with regular buses into the city centre. Tea making facilities provided which was a nice touch.
