Great location and great staff. The team is really special with amazing people like Denise and James looking after you. Denise puts together a wonderful breakfast and is a great host while James is always so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. There are lots of great staff at this Hostel and the team is what makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Hi, i recently stayed at the hotel with a group of friends. I have to say that the state of the room was not very good . The bed was not made properly and was creased as if someone had just got out of it. The toilet was not very clean ( hairs on the seat) Good job the breakfast the next morning was up to standard . It was cooked deliciously and was served hot.The food and service was fantastic, the lady who served us was very polite and helpful( Denise) she gave good advice on places to visit.

Although this location does not have all the amenities and classes/events as one would expect from Selina, the staff here is incredibly friendly and the service is amazing. The restaurant is also tasty. Denise is a sweet, kind soul — she made every breakfast memorable! This location is close to everything you'd want to see in Liverpool.

Having stayed at another local hotel for the weekend, we stopped in here for breakfast before heading home and it was soo good! Food was very nice, reasonably priced, and service from Denise was fantastic. Thank-you :)

We're staying in the city for the weekend and called in for breakfast. The full English breakfast was absolutely amazing and the service from Denise was phenomenal. She was so friendly, helpful, and an absolute star.

Had a lovely breakfast at the Selina, the veggie breakfast was really nice and the sausages especially were good. We were served by Denise and she was so so kind, telling us about what is good in Liverpool. Would come again!

Just had a nice eggs on toast and some amazing sausage for breakfast, Very impressed by the food and Denise was a fantastic server! Thank you so much. I'm staying in the hostel so I will be back tomorrow.

Stayed at the Selina last night.... Came down for breakfast and met Denise and V and we've just extended our trip! Absolute babes!!!! Breakfast was incredible and the bloody Mary's went a long way too!!! This hotel are so lucky to have these gorgeous people working for them!!! Location is amazing... Staff are incredible and the rooms not bad either! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Visited as a large group. The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. Service was fantastic, especially Denise in the mornings - we loved the home-made banana bread! The receptionists were really accommodating when we needed a room change. Well located - near the centre and cathedrals, and also nice and accessible. There was building work happening next door which made the mornings a bit noisy.
