I wouldn't pay any more than £38 for this hotel, because what you get is only worth £38. If you paid any more, you'd be devastated. Room is surface clean, but shabby. Stained walls in bathroom, broken light fitting, broken window latch, broken shower switch, stained taps, flooding floor, wonky wall mounted heater, chipped wall/paper, patchily painted door. Room served...

I stayed in this hotel on 15/02/2017, it was chosen because it was reasonably priced (£42) and included free parking. The rooms are of a decent size and are clean. The bathroom was quite small but had everything that was needed, although if you're tall you will probably struggle to fit in the bath. The only issue with the room...

This place is very nicely located 15 mins walk to town. Lovely view of the docks. Very peaceful at night. The room has everything you want. Wifi is not free. Heater in room isn't great. Not sure what summer would be like as windows don't open. If your not due an early morning good luck as house keeping start banging...

For £33 per night for a mid-week decent room in Liverpool an easy walk to Albert Dock what's not to like! Room is clean, warm and soundly decorated with a great view out over one of the docks. Double bed comfortable. Bathroom OK with a good powerful shower. Unless you are wanting luxury this is a perfectly good place to...

Stayed here in September 2016. Friendly staff. Basic but clean room. Best suited for short stays. Decent shower. Kettle for tea, coffee in room. Had a room with a nice view of the docks. Room needed a few more clothes hangers in the wardrobe to hang clothes. Reception, bar and restaurant areas were clean. Standard breakfast options were ok. Ate...

I know this is a "budget" hotel, but I thought it was too cheap and tacky even for the fairly low price. I've stayed in better low cost hotels than this one lets put it that way. Next time I'll treat myself and pay a little extra for an alternative.

Booked this due to the price as we was there for a night out at the echo arena. For the prices we got the rooms were huge, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok. Clean big room had breakfast in town centre staying here again soon.

Thank goodness for Marcie on reception who was an angel. Problem with very noisey guests in room next door at 6am returning from night out. Music, loud voices and shouting , even having to listen to him being sick in the toilet. Response by Marcie was prompt and she sorted a different room quickly . Star girl. The hotel is...
