This is 3rd time we have stayed and every time we had a great time, Jim went out of his way to accommodate us. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the breakfast was superb! I would recommend anyone to stay if they are in the city as it's only a fiva in a taxi to town! Nice one Jim...

My first stay at newsham park guest house absolutely fabulous Jim was so welcoming an the hospitality of this guest house was outstanding really recommend this to families as it was also child friendly 😃😃

this is a great place to stay. it ideal for stag, hen dos and all liverpool football fans. rooms were big beds were comfortable and breakfast was lovely. the staff and owners are so helpful and its in a great location for everything.

Just returned from a 2 night stay loved every minute, James & staff were spot on, very friendly, rooms lovely, breakfast lovely, basement bar was my fave karaoke music brill atmosphere no complaints from us 15 girls , £5 in a taxi into town defo would return

Very accommodating staff. The basement is very good for a large group and as you can smoke in there it is convenient for pre drinking. The breakfast was very nice and the tag were helpful. The beds were not very comfortable and the towels could do with replacing, however the bathroom was very clean and the guesthouse was quiet. The...
