The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport. Unfortunately the room was dirty! The bathroom had hairs in the shower and the bedlinen was stained! The hotel also keeps your card details!! I will not be staying there again.
Stayed here for the first time last night for one night and was not disappointed, the location for the airport is incredible literally a minute walk across the road to it, and even though you are that close it is so quiet! Rooms were very clean and well laid out, very spacious and a incredible view of the runway from our room on the 11th floor. Car park is directly outside the main entrance so is perfect for people who may have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. All the staff were approachable, friendly, and provided a very good customer experience. I would like to make a special mention to Bethan the reception manager her customer service was excellent and she took the time out to show us suitable rooms for another upcoming stay we have with our children. Bethan helped us greatly with questions we had and put our minds at rest. It was a breath of fresh air to be helped by a genuinely friendly, and down to earth member of staff and she is a credit to the hotel. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was the breakfast which was not very well organised, good choice of hot food however I think a better choice of pastries and other items would be better. Due to the layout of the breakfast area it is difficult for people to establish a orderly queue and as such it was rather difficult to get food and drinks if there was a lot of people there. I am certainly looking forward to staying again and feeling at ease in this hotel knowing our rooms will be spotless and we will be well looked after…
Friendly staff, very welcoming. Room was very clean. Lovely nights sleep. Only one thing letting this hotel down is the food menu. I struggled to choose something as I like to eat healthy. Opted for the pasta dish which was very tasty. Will return when in the area
As previous reviews on this hotel and was concerned that our booking would turn out to be a mistake. How wrong could I have been. Staff are lovely, rooms are very well appointed and the showers are perfect. Li,tied menu but we all had burgers which were very good (chips poor, but that was the product not the cooking...need new suppliers of your potatoes). We all thought it was a grest value for money. Would stay again any time. Thank you team. One complaint ............the wine is atrocious !!! Come on HIlton , you can do much better than that.
Having my flight home cancelled at the last minute was very distressing but I found a warm and comforting welcome at Hampton by Hilton at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Not only was I given an extremely well equipped room but I was able to get a delicious meal, a much needed drink and a complimentary breakfast. To top it all off I had the most spectacular views over Liverpool and was only a 2 minute walk to my flight the next day.
Hotel is a 1 minute walk from the AIrport terminal. Check in was efficient with friendly staff. I was here for 1 night and was never going to use £50 hold on my room as I arrived late Isa but it was taken anyway. Room was clean and comfortable. TV remote was damaged and difficult to use so maybe they need to check these more frequently. Overall a good place to stay if you are arriving at or leaving from Liverpool Airport
My flight from Gatwick was cancelled and i was sent to this hotel to stay. i only got a few hours sleep the room was lovely bed was comfy and I was greeted with a great hospitality service from Jordan and David who were so helpful and friendly.
We last stayed here before the pandemic and stayed here before and after our trip to Turkey this month. The hotel has really lovely, helpful and cheerful staff - it is obviously a happy place to work. Bethany on reception was great - particular thanks to her. We had a lovely clean room on the top floor with plenty of hot water. It was overlooking the airport and runway - great for watching the 'planes taking off and landing. The food, particularly breakfast was very good. I loved the scrambled egg. The only recommendation I would make would be that a mini-fridge be put in the room. We will certainly be back.
Poor. There's budget and then theres just cheap. Food is ok at best. A £50 deposit for I'm not sure what. Rooms are basic. Beds.. well mine was the worst bed I have ever slept on and I stay in hotels regularly. I have stayed on a nice bed there so I dont know why they havent replaced the noisy broken rock solid ones. Personally I'm sad to say I'd never stay there again. Management letting their employees and guests down.
I found my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool/John Lennon Airport pleasant and comfortable, and all of the staff I met were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right opposite the terminal, and ideal for an airport stay.
