Just got back from a two night stay at lock and key for our anniversary. Room was lovely, extremely comfortable beds, staff where so helpful and had masks on the whole time, sanitiser in the lobby felt very safe. The guy on reception think his name was luke was so nice and helpful even lent us an umbrella one night when it was raining nothing was too much trouble. We had brunch here two days and the food is great and really good value. Also had some cocktails in our room via room service which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t stay at hotel but had brunch in the Lock and Key cafe below. Fantastic full English, great value for the money, would highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble, they even got me jam for my leftover toast

We stayed here for one night, lovely room in the cosy double. Stafc really polite and the added bonus of the little bar attached. The room had a comfy double bed, kettle and refreshments. A tablet to order roo. service and I liked the USB cheering points. Bathroom was a wet room and water from the shower was leaking out i the carpet, it needed a little TLC as the door didn't shut properly. After being disturbed when the night manager walked into the room at 3.30am the staff were very apologetic. This hotel is so close to all areas of the city centre and we will definitely be back thank you for a lovely stay

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is decorated very modern and stylish, but has everything you need! I was expecting the room to be quite small but the space was incredible! There’s a tablet you can use for room service, where you order it “online” and then whatever you’ve requested will be brought up to the room! This was very handy in the morning when we were too hungover to get up for breakfast so we had breakfast brought to us in bed! You can also request an iron on this tablet too, which is always a good thing, I often say when we’re going away “do you think there’s an iron?” Because I always iron clothes to pack but they end up creased anyway! The location is great, the Qpark car park is only around the corner and is secure, we felt safe to leave our car in there, and the hotel gives 20% off the price of parking too! You’re right in the centre, next to so many different restaurants and bars, and so close to Liverpool One shopping too! Will definitely be back here again! Amazing quirky little place at such a great price too!

We had a one night stay in the Lock & Key hotel last week, we got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room by the great member of staff who checked us in. Hotel is nice and modern, it's decorated quite stylishly and from what I've seen each room is individual. There's a new touch screen system as of the night we stayed to order fresh towels, fresh water and even room service from the bar/kitchen next door. At no extra charge I may add! Staff were excellent throughout our stay, we met 3 hotel staff members as well as the same bar man on both days. We had breakfast the next morning next door and it was great, the full english was tasty and my girlfriend was very happy with the caramel latte and the eggs/advacado on toast! Would not hesitate to stay here agian on our next trip to Liverpool, great location next to trendy bars as well as being minutes from off site parking and the ONE shopping center!
