Rooms are basic but have everything you need. We stayed in a private room with bathroom and there were 3 of us sharing. Not a lot of space but enough for our needs (sleep and change) Staff are very friendly and breakfast is decent.

Cheap and very cheerful! Staff very helpful and seem to have improved from previous reviews. Rooms and facilities very good. Breakfast was good - eat what you need to, so you don't go hungry! Good location in Central Liverpool. Would recommend and stay there again.
Stayed here for 2 nights with family (2 adults & 3 children) and was greeted by a very nice Australian gentleman called Luke.
Loved the place & had excellent customer service thanks to Luke :) excellent price for a stay in Liverpool centre.
