You don't get a lot for your money, but then you don't pay a lot either. Room very basic, a bit on the cool side. Slept well, but a noisy extract fan was disturbing. I suppose you could get used to that over time.

It was cheap, clean and very basic. It basically did what it said on the tin, no thrills but I suppose you get what you pay for. The staff were brilliant and very welcoming, Johnathon and Shannon and the cute little guy (cannot remember his name but he had a nice accent) all warm and very welcoming. It'll take a lot to take me away from the Hilton but if my budget is tight, I will definitely be staying with you guys again. 100 percent recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere for a night or 2 without the luxuries.

For a similar price I could have stayed somewhere with TV, WiFi and tea/coffee facilities that you don't have to pay extra for!! Heating/ aircon was sporadic, it only stayed on for a short while. The bathroom misted up very quickly and the walls ended up running with condensation.

Dear Keith, Thank you for taking the time to leave your insightful review. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our central location and found our friendly staff helpful during your stay, we will make sure to pass this on to the team. We are a super budget Hotel making us the place to drop your bags off and enjoy what the city has to offer. TV access is now free across all of our hotels! Although we don't offer tea/coffee facilities in the room, we have a coffee machine at reception and if you ask one of our friendly staff members, they would be happy to give you extra cups from it for your water. The hotel market is extremely competitive and we feel that the price you paid for 3 nights was a great deal considering our central location! Despite these issues you found during your stay, we hope to welcome you back during your next stay in Liverpool so we can restore your faith in our brand! Kind Regards, easyHotel Liverpool
