Stayed one night while seeing The Eagles at Anfield. Had a single room which was clean and had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable. The bar area was a lovely. Great atmosphere and I ended up staying there until half one. A thankyou to the excellent Tom who looked after us. Also a thank you to reception who lent me a charger for the night. A lovely cosy hotel like they used to be. Will definitely stay again

Stayed here for one night £90.00 ,which included a continental breakfast. Found the hotel to Basic at best , the bed was comfortable the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished and had some wash and shower gell we requested a top floor room which got .what surprised us was the amount of dust covering most of the room , on top of mirrors , lamps ,doors ,ledges , rails , everywhere , .I just can't understand how a cleaner can prepare a room and not wipe down surfaces ,in this day and age cleaning and sanitising is a basic also the management should be checking this , shall not be revisiting .

Stayed for 1 night as in Liverpool for a gig at Anfield. Arrived around 1:30pm and room was ready so able to check in early. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Got a taxi into centre for around £12. After gig around 30 minute walk from Anfield, which is pretty much a straight road, so ideal for this. Room was an ok size, had a double in it and a single bed. Decor throughout was clean and well presented. Bed was ok comfortable wise, although a few disturbances throughout the night, doors closing and also the fire alarm briefly going off around midnight! That aside was an ok sleep. Complimentary continental breakfast in the morning which was ok. Was between a 3 and 4 rating for me but went for 4 as relatively good value based on hotel prices in the city. Would possibly stay again if in Liverpool.

Stayed with my father 1 night for the Rolling Stones gig at Anfield. Ideal location (about 30mins steady walk to Anfield or into city centre), free car park at front, rooms clean & comfortable. Shops & McDonald's just over the road. Bar with small beer garden. Free continental breakfast included with plenty of choice. Great for a short overnight stay

Great hotel, comfortable mattress (which is a MUST), free breakfast was OK, but would have been nice to have the option to pay for a cooked one. Great on-site bar, very friendly & helpful staff, when we had to check in early. Would defo stay again if up that way. Only bad thing was the shower was a bit rubbish!

Great location for Anfield football ground. Good value and good breakfast. Free parking at the hotel or on the road an added bonus. Helpful staff and good facilities. The rooms are dated but acceptable for the price.

Went for the Rolling Stones gig and is about half an hours walk from Anfield on one straight road so it was perfect for what we wanted it for with the added bonus of free parking either on site or on the road outside. If you are able to walk a distance then we found the city centre fully reachable, again about half an hours wander but there is a bus stop just round the corner to take you where ever you want to go. The room was clean, tidy and comfy & the continental breakfast was lovely and Isa the receptionist was very helpful
