David and Sue are wonderful hosts. The rooms are clean, have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and made to order, and Sue provided plenty of information for eating out and sightseeing within Lincoln.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beggining of August and it was terrific!! Price very good , rom was lovely, great view, comfy bed, Brilliant pillows! Nice shower, enough room😉 Sue!.. Breakfasts were lovely, and not sure where another guest got 'cheap' cereals...More
Room was lovely and the hotel is well located...Lincoln is such a beautiful city.everuthing is on the doorstep....stayed for 1 night after a concert....breakfast was great and I would definitely stay again next time I go to Lincoln..
