One of the best guest houses we have stayed in and perfect for a 2 day stay.David and Joe were perfect hosts and our India bedroom and the library were a delight. It was only a 15 min walk to the beginning of the shops so pretty good in that respect.

We stayed here just for one night whilst visiting friends. The location is superb being just a short walk along the side of the canal to the wonderful city centre. It is a place with old world charm but with modern needs. Room was very clean, comfortable, with all mod cons. The bathroom was very clean and pleasant to use....

The room we were in was very spacious with tea/coffee facilities, fridge and microwave which was very convenient. The welcome was very friendly and the full breakfast was the best in town. Convenient location for the waterfront and cathedral/castle. Would definitely go back to the Hollies.
