Asked people on reception for the heating being turned on and the person refused to put the heating on in the morning after having a really bad sleep due to the coldness. Been here 5 days and already getting bit on my body
Rooms are disgusting. Stopped as working as key worker in area. Room was horrible but only needed a couple of nights so sucked it up. Now covered in bite marks from bed bugs. Caused me time off work due to nature of my job. Avoid at all costs. Room suppose be covid cleaned yet not even regularly clean. Reported to local health authority and will seek legal action. Hotel suppose have a duty of care to customers
Worst place to stay EVER ....prostitute out side, smells of drugs and a dog living in the the room next door..Didnt even try the breakfast after what I saw...THis Hotel is used for people with addictions and are homeless..This should not be a HOTEL more like a Hostel
Sorry to say my friend was discharged from a mental health unit into this ' hotel '. It was filthy, mouldy and full of other homeless individuals. Noisy, never saw staff, car park full of holes is the start to the run down. Avoid at all costs. Bring a tent sleep on the many parks in Leicester.
This is a halfway house for men and should not be classed as a hotel. Absolutely filthy and very very cold. Never stayed anywhere so bad. I was really poorly when we arrived otherwise we would of checked straight out. TV didn't work, the pic of the rubbish is the top of the wardrobe, spotted while trying to sort TV
