We always stay at this place when in Leicester visiting family, this time, I mus say I was very impressed with the new renovations. New bathrooms, new curtains, solid oak furniture, new tvs and amazing lighting, fresh carpet and a longer length thick block out curtain - what could be missing - hah! the most important thing - the bed!...

This Premier Inn has been updated and the room was super - large, modern, clean. It had a hairdryer (not all premier inn's have them in the room), a fan, aircon. Check in and check out staff were friendly, asking if I needed anything, how things were etc to ensure guest satisfaction. There was ample space in the hotel car...

On arrival the reception staff where very friendly and helped us out with what we needed. The room, as always was clean and tidy, has been updated and now includes card entry and a large TV with plenty of choice of channels (though the Olympics was on so it didn't matter this time). the breakfast in the restaurant was nice,...

Nothing much to say about the hotel - as usual it was clean and comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Two points: first you need to master the aircon since if you have the window open you'll be kept awake by traffic on the A50 and by what we assume is traffic from E Midlands airport. Fortunately, the...

The usual brilliant standard from Premier Inn. Just love the deep baths, big shower, comfy beds. Lovely warm duvet, plenty of towels. Lots of TV channels and you can set the room to what ever temperature you like. We had breakfast through premier inn in the nearby restaurant. We found this delicious lots of choice and high standard. Very friendly...

Room was very good, their normal, great bed, good en suite, all clean, friendly welcome. The associated food and drink "pub" was awful. The outside tables are falling to pieces, we moved as when either of us shifted even slightly the whole thing wobbled and creaked and I felt very unsafe. The staff try but there aren;t enough to do a...

I've stayed here many times in the last year, and the hotel is great, rooms always clean and the staff always helpful. A recent upgrade to the rooms also means card entry and big TV screens. I would recommend this, but, the restaurant which does the breakfast is a bit of a let down. Breakfast is to order, but they...

Typical good value Premier Inn. Good friendly staff. Only thing that let it down slightly was the quality of the food in the nearby fast food restaurant, again, very good value for money if you've got a family, not so good if you're trying to eat healthily. This is the only Premier Inn review I have given where I have...
