Stay and staff were all excellent. Only marking down due to the poot quality of the breakfast. It was cold and undercooked. The continental side was lovely. Costa coffee is not included at this premier inn.

The room and hotel service were great but the food at the restaurant next door was of very poor quality. Other restaurants are available nearby but you need a car. I would stay again but would definitely travel out to eat.

Clean & cosy room to stay with children. We liked especially room being non-smoking. How-ever, the pub/restaurant wasn't clean enough and not many choices were available for both dinner and breakfast.

I was given the Disabled room as the hotel was full.Wow what a room.It was huge, brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.I was there for 13 nights and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Tom, Vicky,Sam and Nicola were all so helpful and friendly.

Overall good quite place to stay.plenty of parking. Good beds. Need to avoid peak season as noise levels high. Try and book rooms top level rather then ground floor that way you will get away from the noise and hustle busle of people moving around. Tom great guy in charge at reception will do what he can to assist.

Stayed at the Premier Inn in Groby Road. Reception were most welcoming. Room was a standard Premier Inn room, though the bathroom had seen better days and, especially with chipped metal bath and very naff blue grouting However as being old you can hear the TV next door and when they flush the toilet The adjoining pub looks OK, and...

comfortable hotel, but 2 miles from city centre. It took me 40 mins to walk in. No buses after 10.30, so for return in the small hours, either a walk or a taxi will be needed. The car park is pay and display, but Premier Inn give you a voucher to display FOC.

One of the best Premier Inns that I have ever stayed at - and I have stayed at quite a few! Very clean, comfortable rooms plus excellent customer service. Good, quiet location. Good parking facilities.

We stayed here for the night after visiting Leicester for the day and largely due to it being half the price of the city centre premier inn! (£60 rather than £120). Parking is free and there is plenty of it too. Yes it's close to a busy road but the noise didn't bother us at all and we had a...

A recently refurbished, upgraded, comfortable hotel, close enough to all the amenities, but not quite in the busy city centre. We experienced very little road noise. Our very spacious wheelchair accessible room was next to the reception area but there was little noise from other guests going by on a busy weekend. There was no walk-in shower. However, the lower...
