We stayed for two nights and found the room to be clean and surprisingly quiet for a hotel adjacent to the main road into Leicester city centre. If you know IBIS hotels then you know what to expect as are IBIS hotels are good value if a little basic. Leicester IBIS was just that. The only disappointment was the quality...

Stayed here on Friday, 24 July 2015. Cane on the train. Hotel within easy walking distance of the rail station. Walking route slightly confusing but straightforward. Had minor problem finding the front door! Reception staff very pleasant and efficient. I had room 8, which was near the end of a short corridor just iff the Reception/Bar/Restaurant area. The room was...

Stayed here for one night. So I could see the Richard the Third re-interment. The hotel was clean and the staff were second to none. The food was reasonable priced. Would recommend to all. Located near the centre of town and near the train station. So easy to find and easy to get to place from.

IBIS are well known for their small but very well kitted out rooms. This was no exception. Clean, comfortable, good bed and great shower. Hairdryer unfortunately started to smoke and had to ask for a second pillow in a twin room. Breakfast was good and not bad at £8:50 as you can eat as much as you like from the...

Stayed here for a stag do. Very simple. Reception and bar area is lovely however the rooms, corridors are very dated. Quite expensive too. Their 'all-you-can-eat' breakfast was one of the worst cooked meals I've ever had.

This hotel has a good location near the station .The entrance though needs signing ! It is easy to walk into town and visit the main sights. The welcome was good but in the morning I felt the service was casual .The room was fine .Clean and comfortable .Breakfast was ok but not up to the usual Ibis standard. The service...

While Leicester is not the most exciting city in the world, if you are visiting there this is a very good place to stay. I don't believe a 5/5 rating should be reserved for 5 star hotels; it should also be for those hotels which are excellent in their niche, and this is one such hotel. Just round the corner...

I arrived on the hottest day of the year and found I had made a mistake with my booking and booked for the next day instead. Very fortunately they were able to accommodate me and I was able to have the last room in the hotel. I was really grateful. The rooms are as you would expect for this class...

This Ibis is within easy walking distance of Leicester train station and the city centre, so handy location. The room overlooked the railway but I didn't hear any noise; the double glazing must be good! Everything was clean, plenty of tea/coffee, comfy bed and a fair bit of space in the room. Strangely there was no option to book breakfast,...
