I was very impressed with the hotel, having never stayed at a Premier Inn before. My room was clean and spacious, the general areas like reception also seemed very clean. My bed was comfy and I liked that the curtains had black out lining. The only issue is that the walls are thin, I could hear the TV from next...

This is the third time I have stayed at the Leicester City Premier Inn and it will not be the last! I come to visit my son who lives in Leicester and I need somewhere central, well priced and comfortable. This hotel meets all these requirements and on top of that all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. What...

This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel, and the experience was just as good as the first time. I had booked a twin room again, and we ended up staying in exactly the same room as before, which was great. The staff on reception were really helpful and we had an excellent dinner in the...

2 nights stayed,Very nice hotel. Clean and good size room! Walking distance to decent amount of pubs and bars etc. Walking distance to the train station which is very handy. We went to the football after we had checked out and we was able to leave our bags in a secure locked room which was great.

I finally got a refund following a complaint about the lack of a good sleep due to a high pitched whining sound all night in the room. So glad to find that they do live up to their commitment. Apart from the lack of a good nights sleep and the lack of response from the manager at the initial complaint...

Stayed there for 4 nights. Staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very clean room. Fresh towels everyday. Plenty of variety at breakfast. Had a meal in the restaurant one evening, a little pricey but a great meal all the same. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

My daughter and I stayed here overnight, the staff were lovely and helpful, Anything we wanted they were willing to help us. I had asked for a ground floor room with having a slipped disc, the lowest floor is level 1. Our room didn't overlook anything of interest at all, and unfortunately it felt very dark small and dismal. It...

I stayed here from 3-6 April for a Uni Workshop with 3 other ladies. Rms 111, 114 and mine 101. This is the second time I have stayed at a premier Inn and, like the Bristol one this was a very pleasant surprise! A tall multi coloured building on a busy ring road: not my first choice of accommodation! But...
