We booked a last minute getaway, which was our first little holiday as a family of 4. We have 21 month old and a 10 week old. Prior to arriving I rang the hotel to see if there were facilities to use our steriliser. I was reasured that we could use the kitchen facilities to complete any baby prep we...

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a very friendly host who carried our bags up the stairs for us and showed us to our room. We stayed in a double room which was very clean and had everything we required for a one night stay. The bathroom could do with being updated although I do appreciate this...

We have just spent a night at the Wilton Hotel. Daniel the host was brilliant and very helpful but the bedroom and bathroom are in need of updating. It was clean and the breakfast was great. It was ok.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean, we had booked parking ahead of arrival and it was nice to have our car secure in their small gated car park overnight. No frills, but perfectly pleasant.

Unfortunately when we went out one morning to spend a family day at Blackpool sandcastle we returned to find the maid had been in the room and my partners ear rings had been moved of her nightstand. I informed management straight away who the contacted the maid who made us aware she never seen the ear rings so I tipped...

Visited with my friend as we were doing the half marathon in Blackpool. The beds were comfortable, they had good breakfast choices and clean rooms. The owner was very accommodating, letting us leave the car there whilst we ran and moving it in and out of the car park for us where we thought it was a bit narrow! Overall...

On arrival we were left ringing the doorbell at least 3 times before the door was opened. Daniel the owner barely greeted us. The rooms were small tv too high could barely see the channels and NO toiletries provided. We ordered a full English breakfast the produce used was cheap and really not very nice. We were given four half...

Amazing hotel, great food and lovely staff! All in all this was once again a great stay with Daniel and the other staff :) we arrived and as soon as we entered he made us feel so welcome, carrying our bags to the rooms and chatting with us as if he was our friend. Definitely the best stay so far...

On arrival we were left at the front door for 10 mins before the owner let us in, this was after we had rang the bell then rang the telephone number which they had put on the door. Parking is very poor, there are double yellow lines directly outside the hotel, they do have an extremely small car park/side driveway...

Visited here with my son to watch football. We were met by Daniel and were warmly welcomed. My room, a single was very comfortable and functional, tea and coffee provided with an en-suite bathroom. I slept very soundly and woke refreshed. On the whole, for what you pay this hotel is superb, would definitely recommend and hope to back in...
