Pro's friendly staff. Dinning room beautiful. Bedding clean. Bathroom clean. Cons room wasn't hoovered. Bed on the bottom left was held up by two pieces off wood. Room needed dusting. Overall cheap and cheerful stay don't go expecting the ritz. My opinion on a single room.

The hotel needs modernising all the way through. We stayed in a sea view room. The windows wouldn't open. The ceiling tiles wanted renewing, the carpet had an iron mark on it, and the bathroom only had a bath and no shower, the sink was full of cracks, the toilet seat was dirty underneath. The bathroom floor looked like it...

Arrived rather late after a show. A warm welcome and helpful staff. Room was neat but needs a bit of decorating and new shower. However it did what it said on the tin and it was clean. Lovely sea view. Breakfast lacked choice, however once again served by a friendly waiter. Baked beans were cold but a lovely cup of...

Have stayed here before and would recommend it as a good value hotel with good food and service. Everything worked as it should. My only issue with a lot of Blackpool hotels is the lack of parking, but I found unlimited street parking close by. There are a few spaces out the front, but I have never managed to get...

We did'nt pay a huge amount to stay her for the night but it was ok, when we arrived Heather on reception was very welcoming she explained everything in detail about the hotel. The room we were in was fine a bit worn but for the price it did the job the only downside was the en-suite which was small...

Very friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nice warm hotel. Breakfast lovely. Shower room needed a good clean and the net curtain at the window in our room was grubby and torn. Overall, though good value for money.

Staff were very friendly, polite & dining staff very well attired. Linen clean, bed comfortable & breakfast wonderful. See view good & not too much noise from traffic. Sadly the hotel could do with updating & decorating as it did look very tired. Parking was a nightmare & we ended up using a multi storey car park,15 mins walk from...

I travelled with a group of friends. Most of the group had to change rooms as the standard was dreadful! We had a sea view the windows were dirty and the furniture was old & the chair had a tide mark the base of the bed was badly marked! Plus side the staff did a Stirling job under the circumstances.
