Stayed here as part of a quite large party. Read the previous reviews and although some were rather harsh I have to say some are very accurate. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, however the whole place needs money spending on it. , The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for sometime. The base was full...

I read some pretty bad reviews on this hotel so was nervous what to expect. We arrived early so couldn't check which was expected we were able to leave the car in the free parking in front of the hotel for the whole trip, spaces were limited but was a nice perk. Our room (606) was at the back of...

I stayed in a double room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The toilet / shower was in a very tiny space and did have a strange smell to it. The lift was out of order however, I was on the first floor so that did not bother me. My card in the door worked every time but my...

Wanting 2 days accommodation in Blackpool and as a hotel to us is somewhere to sleep were happy with £70 for 2 nights for 2 people. We got a generally clean hotel whose staff were friendly once you got to know them a small but comfortable room with a firm mattress ( good nights sleep). The bar was fine. The...

The whole place is just dirty. The only clean thing was the kettle, I think it was new. I wouldn't stay here again, not even for free. The only plus side is the bar is open till 2am. The bathroom was tiny, if you're tall, then you're stuffed. I didn't use the shower, there's no point, you'll end up being...

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Staff not very friendly or helpful and the whole place needs updating. Right from the beginning we did not get a friendly welcome from the reception staff. We had to wait in the bar while my husband found somewhere to park (an hour and a half later) but stood at the bar for ages...

On arrival reception area looked good so I remained positive (I hadn't read any reviews until the day before we were due to arrive) we had to go through the breakfast area to get to our room on entering the hall way to the staircase we were greeted...
