Had a very warm welcome from Lauren. Hotel is spotless, comfortable, very homely and in a great location. Fab full English breakfast. Great value for money. Both Lauren and Caroline are lovely and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed here with my son for a recent dance comp at the Winter Gardens. We had two single rooms each with a shower room. The rooms were fairly compact but were exceptionally clean & very comfortable. Tea making facilities and TV, good wardrobe space so everything we needed. The hotel did breakfast earlier than usual so we could eat before...

We arrived to a friendly welcome from Lauren who was very helpful in advising and sorting out parking for us and checking we had everything we needed. The day before our arrival we asked to make a change to our room booking, as we needed a larger room at the last minute and they were very accommodating in sorting this...

Fab weekend for the Northern Soul weekender. Always stay at Kings Cross. Professionally run and friendly atmosphere. Awesome breakfasts including gluten free and veggie. Lauren looks after all their customers and is absolutely brilliant.

On the positives, the hotel was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good although limited choice - cereal or fried up, and the Lauren is very nice. The negatives, the rooms are small and aren't serviced, you are left clean towels, but our hospitality tray was left with dirty cups - for our whole stay - three days! and...

On arrival greeted by the lovely Lauren. She straight away made us feel really welcome. Our room was a bit on the small side for the 4 of us but it was good enough for the weekend and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious. Drinks where reasonably priced but the pumps where getting changed for the beer which my husband...

Stayed for 1 night, over weekend to explore Blackpool. Disappointingly told we should have pre-booked parking so had to pay £15 to park close by. Hotel is basic but fine for a nights stay and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked to your individual requirements and plenty of it. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is...
