Stayed 13 - 19 May and again, had a wonderful and relaxing time. Quite a few new staff members in the restaurant, but the quality is still the same. We were looked after by a new lady named Louise who was simply brilliant. Hopefully she will be able to serve us on our next visit. The bar staff again were...

Nice hotel, far enough from the madness but close enough to dip in and out as you want. Tram stop right opposite so really convenient. Room was nice and large, clean and comfortable. We stayed under B+B basis, breakfast in the morning was good. Service by Louise was great :).

Jamie and the hotel staff were wonderful helping us with the organisation. They couldn't do enough for us. Our room (a twin) was a tad...

Fabulous staff, nothing to much trouble, food excellent, very clean room, everything we needed. Comfortable over all family orientated hotel. Will definitely return. My granddaughter can't wait to go back. Situated far enough from the hustle but transport links right outside

My brother in-law and his wife visited here in April and convinced my wife and I to join them on a weekend break. My expectations were not too high, but we had a really nice stay at the hotel. Our price of £146 included 2 nights bed and breakfast, and it included entertainment and free WIFI. The staff were very...
