The heating was on full so we were too hot, hospital like bed sheets (no elastic on corners)so the sheets came off in the night leaving you lying on a water proof mattress. Booked a sea view room 3rd floor. Went in room disgusted very filthy carpet and room seems never been cleaned. Window broken draft keep coming in and no radiator. The room was cold.
