It was term time so we found it difficult to find anywhere with twin occupancy so we ended up going on trip advisory and the reviews were great for this Hotel. The reception staff where all very friendly and helpful, Our room had a double and single bed and was very comfortable. The dining area and food was well organised...

Excellent hotel.clean friendly and helpful.breakfast was superb and the entertainment made my stay.would recommend.staff couldn't have done anymore for me.home from home atmosphere.will be staying again next year.

We enjoyed our stay here during Half term week. Breakfast was serve yourself and the choice was very good. The evening meal was serve yourself starters and dessert. The main course was ordered off the menu and brought to the table. Again, a good choice. The double room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The main disappointment though,...

Stayed with friends for their anniversary booked double rooms but when we arrived where allocated singles which reeked of smoke also very small .complained and got new rooms us on the first attempt our friends on the second.staff weren't that helpful,lift was out of order we where on the third floor our friends on the fourth a lot of struggling...

We went on an all inclusive break which offered anything you could possibly ask for. The service was excellent and The food entertainment and facilities were fab too, helpful friendly staff. could not recommend enough

We have been to this hotel twice now and will definitely be returning. It is such a friendly place but is run professionally and efficiently. It has all the facilities you could want, including a swimming pool and a children's club. There is entertainment each evening, for children and this is followed by a show for the adults. But the...

If i could give no stars I would!! rude unhelpful staff, after having a client stay here i also realised they also have no understanding of how to communicate with vulnerable adults (learning difficulties/mental health issues)

Lovely hotel food 5* our waitress mel was fab rooms very clean staff very friendly could not have asked for more again 5* great views on the sea from our room and the lights the tram stops just over the road so very easy to get about ☺
