Excellent service from Ryan, who was very friendly and helpful. In fact a much better service than I've experienced from more expensive hotels. I was told that there...

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Yes the rooms are small the furniture old, the bathrooms ancient. The shower took a practised touch to avoid scalding or freezing. But we came away smiling. Ryan was amazing, friendly, chatty and a pleasure. This young man proves that good customer service still exists. If you want a romantic...

Yes the bar was open all Christmas and any time you wanted a drink you just asked and they were there. Christmas...

Very cheap, but not very cheerful. Owner friendly. Bed comfy, breakfast good. Rest awful. It was dirty Cups in room no kettle. Cobwebs and dusty bunnies in abundance in room. Would not have risked using the shower - no shower gel etc if we had decided to risk it. No toilet roll holder it was broken Wardrobe door handles were...

We took my mother for an overnight stay as she has terminal cancer. We notified them beforehand as mum has needs. Well what a wonderful welcome and gestures.
