Stayed at the Colwyn for two nights,booked the 2 family rooms in March. When we arrived we were given two rooms but not on the same floor,even though the rooms were booked together. When questioned why we couldn't be on the same floor we were told its the way it was. However the lady did then swap around and give...

Family room and car parking were the plus points for us. Very friendly staff and lovely welcome, allowed us to park early and spend day out. All clean but needs updating! Happy enough staying one night but definitely not longer. Door handle had wooden slab attached and could hardly open, shower wouldn't stay attached. TV came on 7am!!!! Fab breakfast...

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful. Just returned from a 4 night stay with my husband and 2 kids. Hotel was brilliant. Our kids are aged 3 and 4 months and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was spotless. Breakfast was great. Great location for pleasure beach. Couldn't fault the place. Would defo go back

Although I wasn't expecting too much, the breakfast was excellent. However, I had to tighten up the toilet handle as it was so loose before it fell off!, I'm surprised the maid didn't notice that when she cleaned the room! The gentleman owner was pleasant, but I could not say the same about the older lady, she was quite unhelpful...
