Room was clean no hot water in the shower for our second day couldn't find any staff to let them know. Women on reception was very abrupt when we arrived. Our room was on the 3rd floor didn't let us know that the lift was out of order, had to go up 6 flights of stairs (not good when you have asthma) staircase and landing very narrow. The lady's in the dining room was lovely nothing too much trouble cooked breakfast was nice only 2 choices of cereal. Tram stop close to the hotel which was good. Very quiet area.

Good location for BPB theme park, friendly staff, very basic accommodation and amenities. No toiletries provided in our room. But it was nice and clean. Walls are very thin so can be noisy at night from neighbours. Whole place in need of a refurb. We had a double and twin room @ £70 per room which was a little expensive for what you got as rooms were small and tired looking - but clean. Breakfast was enjoyable (full English), although limited choice available (full English or choice of 2 cereals). The staff let us leave the car in the car park before checking in and even after we checked out, which was very helpful.

After reading a few reviews we were a little worried about our stay, we didn't need to be. Although it's decor is dated our rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the tea & coffee station was well stocked. The breakfast was delicious on both mornings, plenty to eat and as much toast, hot drinks, cereal and juice you can manage. If you look past the fact that some areas need a bit of freshening up then it's a lovely little place to stay. All the staff we delt with were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with a bunch of friends on the 20/8/21 for two nights, wow where to start, first off the parking facilities are absolutely outstanding. Which for Blackpool is a rare commodity, we were all welcomed with an enthusiastic member of staff, full of smiles and warmth. Once we got to our rooms, me and my mate Dave, had a twin, lovely and clean, very comfortable beds, the shower was fantastic, the separate toilet was a massive bonus, (Daves poo’s stink). Once we unpacked and congregated in the very spacious bar/dining area the draft beer was phenomenal, cheap too.. severed with a great smile and good banter, we soon felt at home. The pool board was great too, just what you want for a lads weekend away. (Even farmer Steven got in the hotel). After a heavy night on the tiles, we awoke for breakfast 8:45 till 9:30. And what can I say about the food…. Amazing bit of scram, nothing better when you’re rough from the night before. Well worth the £8 quid, we weren’t disappointed.. overall this is an amazing hotel in the quieter end of Blackpool. I will highly give this hotel a 9.1 rating. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our visit rememberable. Thanks again Alfonzo. X
