Booked this as a last minute trip of hotels.com. We got there and they did not now that we ( two of us) where arriving so a bedroom was not made up. They stated that there was not any double rooms left (this is what we booked) as half of the hotel was out of use because they had cold...

Dear Lucy, You have made such a drama from a hotel review. The circumstances you have described bear no resemblance to the actual facts of the matter. You made a last minute booking via Hotels.com which was not passed on to us via this organisation, prior to your arrival. It took a few minutes to find your booking details. We...

Dear Stephen, You make a lot of claims in your review. The main thread is the cost of our room. You extended your stay with us by a second night so it can't have been all bad! I will deal with each of the points raised by yourself so that the readers of this review get to see both sides...

A family run hotel. The people couldn't do enough to help us. 3 adults & three children. Easy access to the piers, shops & things to do. I had an email I needed printed off to attend illumanasia. They printed it off for us.

We spent a night at The New Sandringham Court Hotel and what a little gem it is. It is reasonably priced and not as dated as most hotels in Blackpool. The new restaurant is lovely and served a great breakfast. Its location is central to everything and The Winter Gardens is also near by. I could not hear any noise...

This place is not the ritz, but it is absolutely fine for what you pay. Downstairs is neat and tidy with a bar that opens till late. The rooms were very small and basic, but clean and perfectly acceptable. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom - which although not great, are handy if you forget something. Some of our group...

We stayed Friday and Saturday on a stag do weekend. And a few of us are what you might say of a mature age. We were really happy with the accomplishment. It was clean and tidy staff were great considering they must get the same situation every weekend. For you you pay no one can complain in my mind. Bar...

We booked at the 'last minute'' and arrived on the day of booking. The hotel is well situated for the central attractions and a very short walk gets you to the front. We stayed in a family room for 5. The room was a good size and the bathroom more than adequate. The mattresses would benefit from a change..but as...

I stayed here last weekend as part of a group for my friend's stag party. The hotel has ample parking spaces. It is well situated for a night out and the staff are very accommodating. The bar has a good variety of drinks, and price's are very reasonable. Breakfast was decent too. The twin rooms are small and basic, but...
