Clean, cosy and welcoming. We stayed in the family room although there was only two of us. The London bus bed would appeal to young children and it was separated so there was a level of privacy. We stayed for one night in the family room with our two boys. The family room is perfect. The bus bed, toy box, separate toilets and room divider are brilliant. Very convenient for viewing lights , promenade restaurants, and buses / trams, Owner is very friendly and laid back. There is a residents lounge for sole use of visitors. Wow! Really Pleasantly surprised by this b&b, stayed with my 11yr old. Very clean, modern, well equipped, great breakfast with vegetarian and gluten free options and lovely host. Best value for money overnight stay I have ever experienced! Location good, parking on street.

`went to see the light with my dad and my little one stay at this B&B,nice and the clean room.The staff was friendly and helpful,lo has a dairy allergic help me so much,would go back and stay again.The owner offer to feed my lo while i had my breakfash which was nice.

Stayed for 2 nights with friends. The welcome tea and biscuits provided byTina was great. The bed was really comfy the room spotlessly clean the breakfast was a triumph and was accompanied by Tina and her side kick singing away in the kitchen. All in all a thoroughly pleasant stay.

Hello all. We have just had a brilliant weekend in Blackpool. 16-19 Sept 2016. We stayed at the Heather Lea in Empress Drive.
