Great location, easy to park, tram stop at the end of the road, all attractions in easy walking distance'. Lovely decor throughout, beautiful room. Breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. What a fantastic B&B ! Room was amazing and the breakfasts fitting of any top class hotel. Steve and Elaine are fantastic hosts and we left feeling like we had discovered a true Blackpool gem. Will be racing back very soon. I would recommend to anyone, even the harshest of critics. Thank you !

Stopped for a couple of night with the family over half term.
