Had such a lovely stay with dawn and dave, they made us feel so welcome and the breakfast was so lovely that it made you get out of bed with a hangover. Have definatly made two friends at the Polenez and will be returning again! The hotel itself is lovely and clean and you are made to feel at home....

I have forgotten how many times we have stayed with Dawn & Dave and as always we were made to feel like one of the family in a different room this time which was just as lovely as our normal room. Breakfast is fabulous and sets you up for the whole day. Dawn even washed my Nan's trousers for her...

We all were made to feel very welcome. Very friendly, comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good, and those that were unable to make breakfast were offered bacon sandwich to go. A verybig than you for making our stay an enjoyable one. In response to your review – You did not make the booking, your ‘son’ did and at no point was it said to be for ‘your sons 21st Birthday’ – not that any of it matters anyway. The booking was only made at 8:32 pm on 21st April 2010. I telephoned you, 23rd April 2010, to let you know that...

Stayed at this hotel and it was of very good standard for a B&B but my issue is with my bank details. An item was allegedly broke by one one of our party and following dispute around this the B&B took it upon themselves to use my debit card details and take money from my bank to the total of...

dawnBlackpool, Owner at Polonez Hotel, responded to this review

As the owner, my response to this review dated 6th March 2010: Regarding 'The Item' - a metal framed double bed. Yes it was broken by yourselves. As you, yourself put it, your cousin fell out of the top bunk, even though there is a frame round the top bunk, as with all bunk beds, to prevent anyone from falling...

Made to feel extremely welcome. Comfortable & spotlessly clean. Great location, hotel is situated on a quiet back street but is only a minutes walk to the sea front near the pleasure beach so you are close to the entertainment but dont have to put up with the noise like the other hotels situated on the promonade. Would recommend this...

Went with my 75 yr. old sister, 46 yr. old niece and two great nieces aged 9 and 6. The hotel is very clean and friendly. A lovely breakfast with as much extra tea, coffee and toast that you can eat. Mine and my sisters room was a bit too small for 2 adults and would of suited children instead....
