I must say that we booked at the last minute as everywhere was full and when we arrived did think this may not be a very good stay as it is a little dated, however the staff and just how clean the hotel is fully made up for the decoration, I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world...

Really friendly, helpful and nice place. Tom and the rest of the staff were really accommodating. Location wise it's at the start of the main street next to the pleasure beach area. breakfast is good, rooms are clean & tidy. Good wifi and parking too Would stay again for sure

Stayed here. The people were nice but when we got to our room the bedsheets were dirty. When you lay on your bed the springs from the mattress would dig inside your back. The shower was unclean, we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies so that we would feel comfortable showering in it. The view from the window...

We booked last minute and we were so glad we chose The Waldorf, Blackpool. Steve & Tom couldn't do enough for myself and my husband and our 3 year old son. They advised us on places to eat, best attractions and went out of their way to ensure our 2 night stay was comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely return...

Steve and Tom and their team made our last minute stay with our kids very warm and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble, reasonably priced and were 100% satisfied with what we got. Very informative on the local attractions and places to eat. I recommend the Waldorf and would stay again.

Stayed with my bf in April, it was my birthday present from him as id never been to Blackpool. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was cosy, perfect for our two night stay. Thank you, I wish I hadn't been choked with cold to enjoy weekend more but we plan to be back!!
