I left a valuable personal belonging in my room. I rang the hotel today, a month later, and they are going to post it to my home address. Thank you Jack for all your help and the trust of all the staff, it is very much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the beginning of June for our friends 50th... More

Stayed Sat 25th June. Early check in available. Plenty of car park spaces. Concierge friendly and a good touch. Receptionist was nice. However, decor was really bland and dull. Corridors yo room were painted charcoal giving a cold and eerie feel to the place. Room was average size and decor ok but nothing special. Bed comfortable bit awoken at 7am... More

On arriving here for a 4 day break, all the staff were polite and helpful. From the receptionists,to the bar staff, all were friendly and polite. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms with air con, which was cleaned everyday, and towels changed etc. As for the breakfast,I disagree with the previous comments.Plenty of choice, hot and plenty of it. Staff at breakfast and... More

Myself and 4 others travelled from Newcastle for a night out in Blackpool for my 18th birthday! We checked in at 2 and upon arrival the reception staff and old gent at front entrance were very welcoming and friendly :) Our room was very spacious and clean. The view onto the stadium was incredible. The hotel was 5* standard and... More

Lovely welcome on front door and reception. Lovely room. My problem was when we returned to the hotel at 11.15pm for a last drink before we went to bed to be told very abruptly "bars closed! " We've never known this in a hotel. All the ones we've been to are open, and welcoming, much later than this. Also,at breakfast... More

We came here with 10 people in total for a stag doo. We used the Rowleys restaurant to start with and kept ourselves outside in case we happened to annoy anybody. We couldn't check in until 3pm due to them being extremely busy the night before this didn't bother us too much as we were allowed to leave the bags... More

Stayed here with my 14 yr old daughter to use as a base for a circus visit. Beautiful hotel, plush and well equipped rooms, not your usual Blackpool digs. Slight problem was the room next door were playing incredibly loud music at 1030pm, and after a long long day, that's all you need. I rang reception and they did nothing... More
