A gem of a place. This is definitely the best place I have ever stayed in Blackpool and will certainly return. Graham and Ian are brilliant hosts and run a beautifully decorated, well furnished, spotlessly clean establishment. We had two nights stay and slept really well in comfortable beds in a delightful en suite room complete with brew making facility...

We stay here regularly and never fail to leave satisfied The rooms are clean and the staff are super friendly! Breakfast in the morning is always hot and freshly made I simply couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Blackpool

Spent two nights here ... Made very welcome by Ian and graham ... Room was comfortable and clean .... Everyone that worked there were do friendly and lovely ... Definitely the place to stay ... Many residents are repeat clients which says alot

This place is second to none in every way superb , great host everywhere clean and tidy , breakfast to die for so much to do in Blackpool and only a five minute walk to raffles would highly recommend anyone to stay here ..

We had a delightful stay Graham & Ian were brilliant so helpful , lovely breakfast nothing to much bother our room was 1st class lovely comfy bed and was immaculately clean, had a wee drink in there cosy wee lounge and the barman John was lovely would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at Raffles with our family over the weekend, in three rooms all of which were comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated.The hotel's public areas are also spotless and decorated and furnished to a high standard in the period of the property. We were given a friendly welcome at check in and shown to our rooms and helped...

What a fantastic welcome could not do enough for you. Rooms very clean and comfy. Breakfast excellent and vegetarian options available, Tea coffee and hot chocolate available in the rooms with shower gel, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Lots of coat hangers if needed hair dyers on request. 1st Class service all round. We stayed in a twin room...

I can’t fault this guest house at all! Graham and Ian make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. Probably as good as it gets when it comes to blackpool b&b's really. Good staff. Rooms are typical sort of blackpool rooms. Nice enough though. Lovely breakfast and ok prices. Would return depending on room rates etc. never had any issues with this place 👍
