Me and my family stayed here for my sisters birthday and we had a great time, it was clean, warm and the staff were so friendly, we always stay at Blackpool a few time each year and this is one off the nicest we have stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great friendly family run hotel . Needs some modernisation but value for the money . Very close to the prom . Halfway between tower and pleasure beach but nice and quiet street at night . Good quality place to stay. Room a little small but adequate for our needs. Comfy bed, good breakfast to start the day. Host and family really friendly and accommodating. Free parking is available. Great for a base to visit Blackpool.

Our room was on 1st floor and was clean, the bathroom was quite large and was always clean. Towels changed daily if required and toiletries were adequate. Franco the proprietor was very friendly. Breakfast was good.
