Went to stay here wasn't good at all. Checked into room 18 frustration from the word go. Only one small pillow each to start and one small and big towel. No TV no tea and coffee which was promised on the site when booked. I also requested a hairdryer on site but they didn't have one available. Drawers were broken...

Didn't even stay the night, booking.com should be ashamed for having this on their site, signage on door "Welcome Victims" speaks volumes, absolutely DISGUSTING. Staff could not speak English, room filthy and vile, they should pay people to stay here and not expect payment for people to stay here

The Hotel Vidella had now become the Hotel Viagra and I was shocked and appalled by this juvenile attempt at humour. At this point however it was too late to cancel my reservation so I resigned myself to spending...

Worst hotel we've ever stopped in. As for those who state you get what you pay for, I strongly suggest to shop around because it's possible to pay the same or less for a lot better. Chose this hotel to try because of its location and we hadn't been before. What a mistake!!. Your lucky to see anybody at reception...
