we were here for just 1 night,attived mid afternoon & was greeted with a lovely lady ,very friendly,we stood chatting for 1/2 an hour,our room was on the seond floor,exeptionally clean throughout the house,nice decor ,towels & toiletries supplied in the ensuite,bed was comfotable,tea & coffee stuff in room,a nice quiet street at night so not getting disturbed by pub...

Unimpressed paid £75 for the double deluxe room it wasn't even worth paying £30 was told it's the best room in the house I dread to think what the other rooms were like.breakfast was kids size and cold.the lady was rude and stand off ish. Definitely won't be going there again rather sleep in my car

The greeting was poor in relation to what time we arrived ( 45 mins early ) booking. Com said we pay at end we were asked for money up front and a £10 deposit for keys Rude abrupt and place smelled damp and of dogs room door kept dropping and windows were filthy with bird poo and the back yard...

Stayed here for 2 nights weekend of 4/5 September 2105. really nice cosy establishment run by mother and daughter who both very nice and pleasant and very helpful. Bedroom was nice size with en suite, tea and coffee facilities and free view TV in room. The Breakfast is fab and really does set you up for the day ahead..Guest house...

Booked hotel online called up as we had a extra child this was not a issue. When arrived was met by owner who made a fuss of the kids and couldn't be more helpful . Our room was clean and beds where comfy . Breakfast was lovely could not fault the service we had and would return .

Booked this as was staying for 1 night in blackpool and seemed reasonably priced. When we arrived (bearing in mind it was freezing) we were kept waiting outside for 10-15 minutes before the door was answered. The lady was rude and abrubt from when we walked in. It was freezing cold and she informed us we have to ask if...

Booked same day via internet and thought i would telephone before i set off to confirm. Glad i did as they did not know what I was talking about but after checking further booking found.Arrived at time i had stated at 4pm and rang bell. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. She was extremely nice as we arrived early and she let us check in rather than sending us away til check in time. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable a realistic price and serves a lovely breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again as only a 5 minute walk away from centre....
