This has been our second visit to this hotel. This visit has totally put us off from visiting again. The hotel is very tired and requires a full overall of the interior the bedrooms first. The food has been of very poor standard to our last visit. The serving staff in the restaurant need training on customer service ,everything has...

Our Luggage was put into our rooms for...

If you didn't go to breakfast first thing, it was stone cold. Went last weekend and the weather was great so were out as much as possible. The saving grace of our weekend was the amazing staff,...

When we git out of our vehicle we were met with a rather large filthy window ( which we later established that it was the dining room window) Front entrance very dirty and uninviting. Booked...

I can't think the staff here enough for the way they have grated my parents and by doing so much, made our weekend so much easier. Until recently both parents have always had holidays abroad. Following my mothers major stroke and dads failing health, they really thought they would never be able to holiday together again. I read some posts...
