This was our first visit to a Village hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly it isn't in the commercial part of Blackpool, but doesn't nead to be. It has most facilities to keep us occupied, with friendly staff. Modern clean rooms, well prepared and a gorgeous large bed. We looked onto the golf course which belongs to the hotel. My wife...

Stopped for one night en route to the North of England. Had booked a deal through the hotels web site for 1 nights B&B for two people. Located on the outskirts of Blackpool probably about 2 miles from the strip close to the zoo. The room was excellent, well proportioned and extremely comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and always ready...

Another nice night in village Blackpool. Family room a bit of a disappointment very small in comparison to other village hotels. Facilities lovely they did try to charge us for using the pool which I haven't had before. I was told as I had booked before 1st of march that I could use the facilities but after 1st march there...

Rested my weary feet after a stroll in the massive park across the road. Costa coffee was good and perked me up. Lots of areas to sir and wait for my other half attending a conference. The hotel seems to have a loyal gym members and a massive ground to explore too.

A very quiet and peaceful stay as the hotel is not located in the centre of a town. Welcoming staff and great breakfast every morning. Rooms always clean and tidy. The sea is 5 minute drive away and the zoo is next to the hotel.

Good location. Have been a few times so know what to expect. Two places to eat. Indoor and outdoor Heated pool if you feel brave. Room was clean although a few marks (carpet and chair). Bathroom spotless - although I feel they are due an overhaul to meet standards of other village hotels. I would stay again.

First night away without our little girl and we chose a Friday night special offer at this hotel. The hotel is lovely. Staff were friendly and efficient. Had a problem with our sky box in room which was sorted quickly. The leisure facilities are brilliant. The pool is just the right temperature and my husband assured me the jacuzzi was...

Overall good value for money but having to pay to use the pool because you did not book through their website or upgrade is poor customer service I feel. The pool receptionist was very abrupt and seemed to take pleasure in telling we had to pay and why which slightly offended my wife.

I stay here on a weekly basis due to my work commitments. the food is not the best albeit location is great location for easy access to restaurants and take away food. I have stayed in other hotels in Blackpool but keep coming back to this one. I think mainly because the staff have got to know me and I...

We had a very pleasant stay & will be staying here again in the future. All the hotel staff were warm & friendly. It has everything you need without having to leave the grounds. Our room was very clean & extremely well presented. Would highly recommend this hotel.
