Hotel was so close to the winter gardens, blackpool tower. Very nice accommodation. Staff was helpful, i had a late check in without any additional fee. Blackpool is beautiful city. Weather was not so bad.

You get what you pay for. People writing these reviews somehow are expecting the place to look like the Hilton for 45 quid a night. I'm not fussed about the views or anything because we were going outside to look at the views anyway! The rooms were a little snug but it's all I needed. The bath and the shower...

Love this place, you can't really go wrong for the money, if your looking for a cheap B&B to stay in, then this is the place for you. Very friendly family that own the place, always polite, never had any issues, we've stayed here every year for the last 5 years.

I would recommend people stay as far away from here as possible, not because of the rooms or food but due to customer service. I had booked a night to stay in January but I actually booked the wrong date and had booked it for December instead. Because this was a month early, the hotel phoned me up to ask...

We decided to book this hotel for ourselves and our 2 boys for our wedding anniversary as a little break away. We stayed for 1 night & really couldn't fault it. The location was very good, we were able to park in a pay & display car park around the corner which the staff member at the hotel recommended to...

Room was very basic but clean good location needs a refurbishment as decor looks dated and tired we were the only guests in ! Probably wouldn't use it again but the location was very good for the winter gardens and shopping centre

Must admit I was a little worried about staying here after reading a few poor reviews. Yes the place does need a bit of tlc here and there, but nothing was dirty. They have done what they can to make things homely and comfortable. Bed was fine I slept really well and the room was lovely and warm. Breakfast was...
