Having just returned from a 2 night stay , I can honestly say this is one of the most welcoming , clean and accommodating Bnb's I have stayed at. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The bar man 'Andy' was a great host and contributed to a wonderful evening. Lovely breakfast with lots of options and drinks at the bar were fantastic in price.
This is a very warm and friendly hotel, a party of four ladies enjoying a show at the Winter Gardens and stayed overnight on Saturday 23rd April 2022. The accommodation is lovely with warm and comfortable bed rooms and a nice bar and lounge area. We all particularly enjoyed the breakfast which has everything you could require and Julie the waitress was lovely. Caryn was a welcoming host and the bar man (sorry I forgot you name) was very pleasant. This hotel is excellent value for money and all the lovely staff contributed to our pleasant stay. Centrally located, very well kept and highly recommended. Thank you
What an excellent stay at this brilliant family run hotel. Every where is clean to a high standard , staff are very friendly and hospitable. Great breakfast with very good service . Would highly recommend a stay at this little gem of a hotel under the shadow of Blackpool tower
Just got home from a 3 night stay at this absolutely fantastic hotel . Amazing staff that can't do enough for you nothing was too much trouble Great atmosphere in the lovely welcoming bar very friendly barman Andy. The ambience and decor throughout the whole hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is 100% rooms are very comfortable and spacious we had a great view of the tower the location is spot on right in the heart of Blackpool. Breakfast definitely 10 out of 10 with breakfast service very efficient and again very friendly staff . This was our first visit to this hotel but we will definitely be staying there again it is a true credit to the owners who are also very friendly and on hand to make sure your stay is perfect .
What a lovely hotel so friendly and helpful lovely and clean lovely food from the chef and a big shout out to Andy behind the bar so funny he made a good break excellent. We would definitely return to this hotel when in blackpool again.
Hi stayed hotel first week November .I'd just like to say when first arrived Caryn n Derek the owners checked us in welcomed us so lovely polite couldn't do enuf for us' nothing wos too much trouble anything you wanted or needed they were there hands on fantastic.Rooms awesome clean n tidy to max lovely and warm especially in this cold weather.Breakfast omg buffet table with everything you could possibly want and anything you needed you just had to ask the waitress Julie .She is hard working and there for your every needs bubberly n very nice. Then choice off full English ect ect.Overall Caryn n Derek n Julie n all staff made our visit n stay a very happy 😊 and jouful . fantastic . Definitely recommend addelaide house hotel .10/10 .see you all next year .Best in Blackpool..
Bedroom very basic. The bath mat was disgustingly filthy. The radiators were turned off during the day and put on around 7pm and we were cold. When I asked at reception when are the radiators going back on I was told about 7pm but I was not told then that there was an infra red heater above the door which we had not seen as it was so high up.They did not do evening meals so we had to find a food outlet in the cold.My partner has severe breathing problems so walking is the damp weather is no good for her.The lift I think came from Noahs ark with a door that banged every time someone used it.Drinks were very expensive. We came home a day early due to my partners health and they did not even offer a refund .We will not use that hotel again.
Stayed here for 2 nights, bedroom and bathroom are a bit dated but are spotless, has everything you need. Breakfast help your self to cereals, fruit etc, but waiter service for hot things, small portions not over sized, so if you like a big full English you may be disappointed, only criticism is the toast, doesn't see freshly made to order, but just me being picky. No parking but lots of car parks near. Would stay here again and recommend.
I really need to put a bad review here, but purely for selfish reasons. It would mean that there would be plenty of rooms free when I wanted to return...but.....this hotel, the staff, the food, the entertainment was all fabulous and we will definately be back. Thank you for a fab time. The Tanner party ladies.
very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent food, central to all areas. .The staff we're brilliant .we stayed for 2 nights a party of 4 ladies, also great value for money. Should Blackpool be our next venture then the Adelaide Hotel will be our first port of call.
