Currently staying in room 203, we came up for a 3 night stay. On arriving we we're allowed to book in early, quite disappointed we got a side room, with no view. Prior to booking I informed the hotel we were coming for my daughters birthday and do they offer anything to make it special for her and I'd be willing to pay a charge, the answer was no arrange your own. This was disappointing I did expect a little more options with ut being by Hilton. Check in was fine and easy kay on reception was very polite and friendly and gave my daughter a chocolate bar to be honest all the staff we have encounter are really friendly and approachable and I felt comfortable straight away. The decor is nice in the hall and seating areas near reception, there's a bar and breakfast was included in the price but we didn't use it, we were given a tea time menu which was extremely limited and basic we chose to dine else where, we checked in early I think she switched our rooms I would of liked to see our initial assigned room instead of this one. It's a nice room though, cleaned well and smelt fresh, we requested some extra pillows and sheets that were provided, the bathroom is lovely but the drain keeps glugging every other hour that's quite loud, the shower temperature is set and perfect, hahaha we did struggle to figure out the tap to be told there's a tiny pin behind the tap that lifts the plug, very poor design hahaha. We had a drink from the bar and it was very nice, couvoiser and coke. We have struggled with noise, lots of slamming doors, house keepers hoovering early and we have a conjoined door to room 205 there children started screaming and shouting at 7.30am, my daughter is turning 2 and kept being disturbed by noise. The beds and sofa bed are really hard and uncomfortable. My body is aching after lieing on them for 2 nights, and I'm dreading another night on them and most likely will be waking up to bext doors kids screaming tomorrow. Overall I'm quite disappointed, £379 for 3 nights and the 1 thing that has really made this place is the staff and impeccable customer service really can't praise the staff enough they've helped with taxis and recommendations brilliant staff team, the location of the hotel is just after the pleasure Beach, really good location and the beach is across the road. Is it worth the money paid overall, personally I'm 50/50. However we have stayed in a few b&bs and hotels in blackpool and they've been appalling so this is definitely an option to make sure you don't end up in a dive.

Due to covid we decided to visit Blackpool for a family holiday. So glad we stayed here. The staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter told one of the managers see wanted to go on the rollercoasters. The next day she asked me how my daughter liked the rollercoasters. It's little things like this that make you feel welcome! We had a family room (2 double beds). It wasn't the biggest but done the job. The sink was a little high and neither of my daughter's could reach the taps. They're 1 & 3 so not the end of the world. The beds were comfy do everyone had a great sleep. The best thing though...the Air Con! It was like walking into a sheet of ice after a warm day out in the sun. Food at the hotel was great. Can't beat a buffet breakfast to start the day. Plenty to chose from. Especially for fussy kids. Lunch menu was very limited. We had a couple of pizzas and were pleasantly surprised. We wanted a hotel that was away from all the noise but was easy to get to all the attractions. The Tram stops right outside the hotel and only a few minutes from everything. If/when we return to Blackpool there's only one place we'll be staying!

It’s started with a warm welcome from Joey on reception who managed to put our room’s together. Breakfast superb and great job from Paul. But a special mention to Colin the night Porter who was so friendly when we came back from a show he was very efficient and along with looking after the remaining guests was also busy making sure all the area was clean. Colin is a great member of staff and all our family found him very informative about what we should do in Blackpool. Every Hampton should have a Colin. Great stay Hampton Although we mentioned a few staff we must say every member we met was above and beyond with their service .

Fetched my mother for a weekend in Blackpool and cannot fault this hotel, i usually stay in Hiltons because of the comfort, this hotel was great, from check in, breakfast and check out, the reception guys/girls were lovely, and even got complimentary drinks because it was my mothers birthday, a lovely little touch. The car parking was no issue for me as i parked outside the hotel for free, would deff recommend this if you get there early enough, money saving tip!!! I had a room on the first floor with two double beds, room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say about this hotel is the price for the location. Perhaps because of covid/illuminations they hike the price up? But I wouldn't expect this for a location of this sort, perhaps a main city but not here, but still as a one off it isn't bad.

Not cheap for a budget hotel at £150 for a Saturday night. Kay and Clare on the front desk were lovely. Nice top floor room with sea views, see image attached. For a two year old hotel it is surprisingly showing some wear and tear. Hallway carpets were stained in places and toilet door in the bedroom had the complete lock missing so that not only did the door not lock, it would not even completely close. See image attached. No room in hotel car park, found parking half a mile away, just thankful it wasn't raining.
