My wife, daughter and I stayed for one night, the room was comfortable although very slightly cramped, the landlady was very friendly. The guest house is in a quiet part of town and the breakfast was amongst the best I've ever had!

Stayed at The Mackintosh on 4.11.16. Walked from station carrying bags - less than 20 mins stroll. Warm welcome at the Mackintosh having booked online via LateRooms.com. Escorted upstairs by owner - who explained how to operate shower, code for WIFI etc Very comfortable bed with throw and cushions. Not the largest of rooms but adequate and included TV and...

WORST place I have ever stayed!! Pat is the most unwelcoming, rudest and foul mouthed woman I have ever met. Shouting and swearing at our door threatening to kick us all out her language used was disgraceful and disgusting. Would highly recommend sleeping on the street than this shambles!! Disgusting service breakfast was absolutely vile and cold and just an...

Both rooms were a good size with ensuite and each had a small double/ three quarter bed and were nice and clean. WIFI access is free and no problems with the connection. There is on street...

After reading other reviews I thought it would be a bad place to stay but I was wrong, the couple who run it was very friendly and polite, the hotel was also very clean and welcoming like home away from home

My mother and I each had a single en suite room at this small B&B a couple of minutes walk from Blackpool's north shore seafront. It's a fairly basic establishment, but was very warm and comfortable, with a friendly landlady who couldn't do enough to help us. Apparently the B&B does have it's own parking area, though I opted to...

Thank goodness we only stayed here for one night! I can cope with cheap and cheerful but not cheap, rude and ignorant! Our room was cramped and not the cleanest. My daughters bed had a blood stain on the sheet and the bathroom needed a good clean. There was black gunk around the shower head. The kind of bathroom its...
