We arrived at the hotel as our initial hotel was diabolical!!!. On arrival the owner greeted us with a smile and luckily he had rooms available. We asked where we could park and he very kindly moved his own car and allowed us to park in his space just outside the hotel. The room was nice and clean and we...

The owner is a nice guy, but wasn't happy to see 2 dogs walking around in the kitchen and dining room area I'm sure this shouldn't be allowed due to health & hygiene . I don't thinks pets should be allowed in these areas when food is been prepared and guests are eating

Stayed here on the 14th and 15th of October 2016 for our daughters 10th birthday. The servive was second to none and the room was top notch. Absolutely brilliant service and always helped with anything we needed, breakfast every morning was always to the best standard and and the rooms were cosy and tidy, dave and his family were more than helpful and id highly recommend here to anyone going to blackpool

Stayed here in room for 5 guests. Very good room just as advertised, clean and pleasant host. Very quiet nights sleep, view rom the window looked onto a backstreet (only negative) Breakfast was lovely. Located very close to seafront. Would stay again 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stayed one night when seeing a concert in Lytham. In a good position just off the front. It was clean and comfortable and the owner couldn't have been more helpful.Would stay again when visiting Blackpool.

The hotel is very basic but clean. We could check in when we wanted which was great (we arrived about 11am). There was no parking when we arrived but this was soon resolved by the manager. Firstly we arrived early but David let us take our bags in as one room was ready, he also sorted breakfast out for us all as I mixed up the booking. So welcoming to us all and made us all feel comfortable,room had plenty of space for 4 of us. Thanks we had a great time see you soon.

Stayed here with my 2 little dogs. The bed was really comfy and the brekkie was good .dave was brilliant he that us have breakfast in our room so we didn't have. To leave the dogs . And he moved his car so we could park thereWould defo stay here again thank for a luvly stay 😀

Stayed for the weekend, rooms lovely and clean, bed very comfortable and owner very lovely and polite. Nice bar/dining area, Beakfast was great and the owner was very accommodating. Staying here again later on in the year, would definately recommend.
