Jim & Sue, thank you so much for your hospitality. Gorgeous, well styled rooms. Great location. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Would highly recommended this hotel. Once again, thank you. Ian & Gary.

Me and my mum stayed here at the weekend, what a fab place this is! We stayed in the Ruby Chic room which was extremely clean and stunning! Sue and Jim are such lovely people, I’m about to book again :) 10/10 recommend

been years since last visit to blackpool, was wanting a few quiet days away this place was spot on. warm and clean, breakfast was great set you up for the day tram/bus stop end of road no need to use your car. Jim and Sue...More

Hi we are just 15 - 20 min walk or around 1 mile, buses and trams run from the top of the road every 12 minutes.
