We have just spent five nights at Arlene and Steves Hotel with our two grandchildren. We found them to be the most friendly people we have ever met, as hosts, they could not do enough for you. I have never had better breakfasts anywhere, and the room was lovely and clean with very comfortable beds. Our two grandchildren loved the bunk beds and both...

I never usually write reviews but I thought I would for the Smart Hotel. First of all the Hosts Steve and Arlene were so welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly . The Hotel was clean and the breakfasts were very good. We especially liked the way Steve and Arlene went out of there way to accommodate our fussy...

Thanks so much for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to meet you and the children, we didn't find the children fussy at all and thought they were two great kids.

We stayed in Blackpool for a girls weekend away between the 28th-30th June, and we could not fault the hospitality and friendliness!. Breakfast was by far the best part of my day! Nothing was a problem, andwere more than helpful! (Even brilliantly catering for vegetarians). Make note, these beds are so comfy! From working in a 4* country hotel, the...

Girls, it was a pleasure to have you stay. You were what the younger generation should be, polite and well behaved. If you ever need references for staying elsewhere let us know.

we were in blackpool for a family birthday and read the reviews on trip advisor for this hotel which were very good.Several family members stayed all booking seperately. We were the biggest party with 3 adults and 1 child and had booked a large family room, but the room we were allocated was very small with absolutely no floor space, quite...

The difference if room rates are due to one being a family room. If these guests were not comfortable in the room allocated they should have said at the time and we could have swapped them with the couple in the other room as they were family. The room they were in was only repainted a few months ago.

The breakfast was absolutely superb, nicely cooked and lots of it. The best cooked breakfast we have had in any hotel we have stayed in. We booked an evening meal for the...

I have stayed over with a couple of friends this weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The couple running the hotel are very nice, accommodating and genuinely really nice people. The room was spotless, and all necessity facilities were in place. An enjoyable stay, as it is a nice distance away from the main nightlife of blackpool so easily accessible...

The room had everything we needed and surprised us with the facilities including a fridge and a decent flat screen tv with full freeview. Room was clean but a...
