We have a gluten allergy and also have to follow a strange diet called the FODmap, once explained our needs were met without hassle and we were served a delicious ,hot, breakfast. Other hoteliers please take note, it really isn't that difficult. The welcome and the service was superb, the room spotless and accommodated our needs very well. Will absolutely...

We are just back home after a very comfortable stay at Ash Lea Hotel, both Jo and Sandy were so friendly and made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. We booked a double room here that looked spacious on the photos and the reviews were good but on arrival we were allocated with the attic room, my partner is 6ft 4 and he could not stand up in most of the room due to the slant roof, only room for a bed and one bedside table as the room...

Hello Coleen, First of all, all reviews from October 16th, 2016 are ours and appear to show a well contented client base. As you can see, everyone seems content and I doubt if people will concur with your statements. You arrived very late and had obviously been drinking. (fine by us)! We made you welcome and all was well until...

When we arrived Sandy and Joe (the owners) made us feel at home straight away, they were very polite and helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and bright. At breakfast time we were waited on hand and foot to a full English and also available was cereal, juices fruit etc.( this was better as it was included in the price...

I'm not a big fan of Blackpool as previous visits have made me think of a dirty town with shockingly bad accommodation but wanted a cheap and cheerful night away with a friend with plenty of bars locally. This came up on booking.com at a reasonable price n bit the bullet. Well what can I say....just brilliant. Run by a...

Stayed for just 1 night but a great find. Decor nice and modern, stayed in the family room at the top, double bed and 2 singles with ample floor space, we also had a travel cot and there was room for this too. Lovely breakfast with so much choice. Would defiantly stay again.

The owners haven't been there long (just over 1 week!) and are still finding their feet but the B&B is comfy, the breakfast is lovely and the quad room at the top of the house was just what we needed. the bathroom is quite small but that gave more room in the bedroom. Good decor throughout, bathrooms need a bit...

Stayed here for 1 night with my husband and 2 children. We had the family room which was beautiful and spacious. The owners provided a travel cot for our 9 month old which was really helpful. The owners couldn't do enough for us. Helped with parking and breakfast was amazing.... best poached eggs ever! I love the fact that this...

Thank you for your kind review. Such a shame that the weather was so bad especially when you have young children to keep entertained. We're glad that the TV helped.
