Wonderful B&B in a quiet lane off the main road where most of the other B&B's are located. The owners were very accommodating of our late arrival due to traffic delays. The room was well appointed, clean and the owners very helpful. Breakfast was a highlight and the best of our 4 weeks on the road thus far. Would highly...

A wonderful, friendly welcome. Staff could not do enough for you. Highlight of breakfast was the truly exceptional home made yogurt and jam. Location ideal on the edge of Windermere town centre and an easy walk to Bowness. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel for me and my wife and although its very pleasant we felt it was not worth the money in our opinion the hotel was a disappiontment and very expensive for what you get. We wouldnt recommend it or book it again.

The property is beautiful and spotless clean and has an enviable position just a few minutes walk to the centre of Windermere and 20 minutes walk to Bowness. Richard & Yvonne could not be more hospitable and the lady, who assists them could not be friendlier or more efficient. The food prepared...
