Stayed on my own, small but well equipped room with single bed...good value for the rate. Lovely and warm. Added bonus of a comfortable guest lounge dining area and tea and coffee available if you want to relax and read other than in your room. Good choice at breakfast and very friendly hosts to top up tea and toast if...

Had a really great time at the Ravensworth! Nick and Cheryl are wonderful hosts and helpful in telling us about some local walks. We stayed in a King Room and the room and bathroom were excellent with great amenities, particularly the bathrobes and chocolates (for booking direct)! The breakfast each morning was really nice and generously sized! Would highly recommend!

All round a nice, comfortable guest house. Very pleasant, helpful owners. Good breakfast, good room, good location, good parking. Only minor gripe was that the fan in the bathroom was very loud and sounded like it was on its last legs. Other than that....perfect.

I was made to feel very welcome and any questions I may have had were answered straight away; which made me feel respected. Very close to the bus and...

Lovely, friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Spotlessly clean. The food was lovely. The only downside was the bed was not comfortable. Even so we will definitely be going back. Just off the main street excellent.

We stayed in the double king room with bath and i have to say the photos on here don't do the room justice, its very quiet on a night time...

We were traveling late on a friday evening to this accomodation, which wasn't an issue to the owners and organised a key for us. They gave us information on the local area which we took advantage of. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The boat trip was very special to me as my then...
